Lifting the spirits when you’re depressed

I like writing things that are effective, why I prefer to post short and information you can check almost immediately.

This is a purely physical exercise, ie you modify something in your posture will automatically change the mood, you’ll see things differently or you can just think of bad things and still feel good. That’s how effective it is.

And it is not to say phrases like “I am a successful person,” “I feel happy” bla bla bla … it works but not always and never so effective as doing the exercise you propose here.

I’ve seen many people attend conferences “positive attitude” and feel good because the speaker is constantly encouraging, but the next day when they have the next motivating speaker and do not feel well, start again sadness.

Also it can happen that sometimes you’re in a mood that even positive words telling you motivate yourself …

Well, here’s my solution:

No matter if you’re standing, sitting, kneeling or lying just works. What you could do is look up, yes, as you read, is very simple, just look up and keep your eyes and for a minute or two. You’ll see how it changes your face, your feeling and how you think. You’ll feel better.
