Cyprus Island

Cyprus Island is located in the Middle East region, in the Mediterranean Sea, bordered on the territory of Syria and Turkey in the South West. Offers everything that is beautiful in Greece and Turkey: sunny Mediterranean beaches, charming villages and ruins of ancient civilization. Between ethnic Turks and Greeks there sometimes conflict and disagreement, but does not affect at all the tourists attracted by the novelty of these places, which are welcomed warmly by locals.

Travel, country worth visit, it’s interesting, is a mountainous landscape near the borders both north (Krenya Mountains) and south (mountains Trodoos) with each other Mesaoria Plain (Mesaoria in Greek means ‘the mountains’).

A small country, but a large island and generous, hosting an impressive variety of landscapes. While along the coast, you will find bright beaches with fine sand, inside the island welcomes its visitors many attractions: the dense pine forests covering the Troodos Mountains, Byzantine churches scattered throughout the island and up the riches of Ayia Napa or orange plantations and vine crops besides Limassol.

History is present here since the days of the gods, since it says that the goddess Aphrodite was born on these lands, and Persians, Greeks, Egyptians, Romans and even the British, have left their mark in the Cypriot culture and architecture and even in art cooking.
